Moclips and Pacific Beach are just 12 miles north of Ocean Shores and just 1/4 mile north of Seabrook. Coastal Breeze Cottage (#1) and Sea Mist House (#2) (dog friendly) are safely situated high on the bluff overlooking Sunset Beach in Moclips and the mighty Pacific Ocean. Just one block North of Ocean Crest Resort, these two twin homes soak in the most panoramic views. This carefully planned custom duplex has been designed to capture the breathtaking ocean beach views from nearly every room and has been built with a universal design in mind (i.e. wide entry, ramp, lever door handles, lower light switches, wheelchair accessible shower) and with the thought of green construction where we were able to (i.e. in floor heating, low VOC interior paint, bamboo floors, energy star appliances). Seashell Beach Cottage Our stand alone home, located in Pacific Beach, is Seashell Beach Cottage (#3) known for the exclusive "Dog Wall of Fame." Your well behaved dog is invited and Seashell Beach Cottage is a perfect set up with a completely fenced yard. Our Seashell Beach Cottage is a favorite among guests being the closest vacation rental home to the main beach entrance. Just an easy 3 minute walk and you are on the sand. Our beach home faces a small cluster of woods for privacy, but the ocean can still be heard loud and clear. Let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep. Note: Both Sea Mist House (#2) and Seashell Beach Cottage (#3) are pet friendly, as we know our furry friends love the beach, the sand, and the water too! What better way for friends and family to gather and enjoy nature, get a break from busy life, and breathe the fresh ocean air. Coastal Breeze Cottage (#1) is our luxury townhome reserved for the non-pet travelers. Each home offers something a little different.
