The State of Washington imposes a 11.3% transient occupancy tax on all daily rentals and a reservation contract will be mailed within three days of making reservation. To reserve your date, a deposit equal to one night's fee with credit card is required to secure a reservation. Balance shall be due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a future stay within 12 months of that date. Owner/manager reserves the right to collect a $250 (per unit) refundable damage deposit for larger parties and parties with dog guests. CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 days for full refund (except deposit).
